Er begr\u00fcndete dies\ndamit, dass er herk\u00f6mmliche Arzneimittel nicht vertrage. Da seine\nKrankenkasse f\u00fcr die Pr\u00e4parate nicht zahle, m\u00fcsse das Jobcenter\ndie Kosten tragen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Das LSG Celle-Bremen hat seinen Anspruch auf Mehrbedarfsleistungen\nabgelehnt. Es hatte sich auf ein medizinisches Gutachten gest\u00fctzt,\nwonach der Mann entz\u00fcndungshemmende und schmerzstillende Medikamente\nbrauche. F\u00fcr hom\u00f6opathische Produkte fehle demgegen\u00fcber der\nWirksamkeitsnachweis. Lebensmittel wie Quark und Ingwer seien von\nvornherein aus der Regelleistung zu tragen. \n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Landessozialgericht Niedersachsen-Bremen 15.
