{"id":658,"date":"2017-04-28T15:15:49","date_gmt":"2017-04-28T15:15:49","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/oberarztheute.apps-1and1.net\/?p=658"},"modified":"2017-11-28T15:17:06","modified_gmt":"2017-11-28T15:17:06","slug":"neue-ebm-verguetung-fuer-die-ambulante-notfallbehandlung","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/oberarzt-heute.de\/?p=658","title":{"rendered":"Neue EBM-Verg\u00fctung f\u00fcr die ambulante Notfallbehandlung"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"Ueberschrift-gross\"><strong>\u00a0Seit dem 01.04.2017 ist die Verg\u00fctung f\u00fcr die Behandlung von ambulanten Notfallpatienten im Krankenhaus neu geregelt.\u00a0<!--more--><\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"Grundtext\">Es gibt die neuen Schweregradzuschl\u00e4ge <b>Nrn. 01223 und 01224 EBM<\/b>: Diese k\u00f6nnen bei folgenden gesicherten Behandlungsdiagnosen berechnet werden: Frakturen im Bereich der Extremit\u00e4ten proximal des Metacarpus und Metatarsus, Sch\u00e4del-Hirn-Trauma mit Bewusstlosigkeit von weniger als 30 Minuten (S06.0 und S06.70), akute tiefe Beinvenenthrombose, hypertensive Krise, Angina pectoris (ausgenommen: ICDI20.9), Pneumonie und akute Divertikulitis.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Grundtext\">F\u00fcr die Abkl\u00e4rung, ob Notfallpatienten abzuweisen sind, wenn keine sofortigen Behandlungsma\u00dfnahmen erforderlich sind und eine Behandlung durch einen Vertragsarzt m\u00f6glich ist, stehen die <b>Nr. 01205 EBM<\/b> f\u00fcr die Zeit von 7:00 bis 19:00 Uhr an Werktagen und die <b>Nr. 01207 EBM<\/b> f\u00fcr die \u00fcbrige Zeit zur Verf\u00fcgung.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Grundtext\">\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u00a0Seit dem 01.04.2017 ist die Verg\u00fctung f\u00fcr die Behandlung von ambulanten Notfallpatienten im Krankenhaus neu geregelt.\u00a0<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[],"tags":[63],"class_list":["post-658","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","tag-vertragsarztrecht"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v28.7 -
